    Ketosis slump?

Currently on day 20 of a serious keto diet. Im getting less than 5 grams of carbs per day. My fat loss seems to have slowed. Does anyone have tips on how I can burn fat alittle faster in ketosis?

Sounds like a problem with leptin most likely, you could try having a high carb meal or possibly even day depending on how your body deals with the carbs just make sure you don't crash and I have done this in the past

15% is still high enough for burning fat a rather fast pace.

Do you do cardio? If yes, how do you do it and how many times a week?

I went from 325 to 250 on a similiar diet. Had the same problem, and having some carbs helped. I wasn't as low a BF% at the time though. At least not that time.

    whats up

man i did the keto diet for like a month and a half it worked great the only problem i had was when i would do the refeed i would blow right back up and my refeed's where not crazy like i didn't go off and eat a whole pizza or anything like that. But during the week i would drop like 5-8lb.So what happen when i came off the diet and started eating carb's my body was so sensitive to carb's that i put on like 5lb's more then when i started i would deff do the diet again i would just skip the refeed's imo bro

If you are a lifter a refeed is essential. Your weight graph will go up and down every week but that is the ideal on, say, a CKD plan.

Either way, you will still need to keep a calorie deficit. What is your tdee and what is your daily intake?

I take Thermodrene the old stuff with Ephedra and hit cardio for 1.5 hours at 5 am.

Will cut you up like a big dog...

Nothing to do with 'sensitivity'. If you're on a extended keto and you re-feed, then you'll surely add glycogen/water weight. Isn't fat...and isn't an issue mate.
