    Need help with a nice sold dite. I am 6'0 200lb I would like to be 230ish

    Everything you need to know is in there for whatever goals you are looking to achieve. Once you take a look in there you can post up a rough draft diet you built and some vets and knowledgeable members will take a look at it for you.
