I was thinking about adding it in to my pancakes cheers I'll redo my marco and add it in see how it goes
Keep in mind, that's a Tbsp.. that's a lotta damn cinnamon. You'd prob use 1/10 of that
I looked up McCormick Cinnamon, they list a serving size as 1/4tsp.. which is 1/12 Tbsp
In reality, you'll prob net 1-3 calories if using for flavor.

Yea I will have a look at some of the recipes and see how much they use and then judge it on that
