I have never heard that green tea was catabolic...where did you get this info? I have drank 2-3 cups of green tea per day for the last 3-4 years and have never noticed any catabolism.

Green tea is possibly anything but catabolic...

Not a day passes and we hear something ridiculous.

Green tea has caffeine in it, so another discussion arises, is caffeine catabolic? Unless this leans towards decaffeinated green tea lol

Caffeine in both tea and coffee is shown to help with recovery PWO (even more so than simple sugars), which makes it anabolic if anything at all.

    Stop sweating it.
