    My weight : 81.4 kg
    My height : 168cm
    My body mass index is 28.8kg

    Workout : gym session daily 5/6 days a week



    Help me with a gym routine spread out over 5 days , I'm trying to become a body builder so I am bulking right now lifting heavy thanks.....

    Bench/Dead Lift/Squat primary. 2xweek. 10x10 for starters...
