    Hi guys!!

    Hey people, i joined a while back here thinkin i had everything in check BUT i was SO wrong! I need my diest in check big time! Can anyone help me or tell me what i should be eating and when is the right time. Im so frustrated and stagnated with the fact. I would be eternally greatful.

    Im 31
    187lbs
    69 inches in height
    training 2yrs

    Im eating museli with a peanut butter sandwhich on wholegrain bread for breakfast
    Lunch i will have tuna and pasta
    dinner i will have chicken breasts with egg whites&noodles.
    teatime i'll have peanut butter sandwhich on wholegrain rice

    Im aware that this diet plan is potential bullshit lol so please any input will be greatfully taken on board and i'll hopefull gain the musclemass im wanting.

    for a start are you trying to cut or bulk?

    lose all the bread, and replace with better carbs
    lose the pasta unless it is brown rice pasta
    lose the noodles

    for a start you need to reassess you carb choices, they are all poor expect wholegrain bread which is mediocre, and wholegrain rice which is ok

    you may have too much fats with the pb sandwhiches, how much PB do you eat.

    also what is your marcos and calories?

    Hey man, thanks for getting back to me. I dont eat a lot of pb just skimmed on light. I no this is gonna sound stupid!! but.....i find it hard to grasp the macros calories that i shud be eating. Is there anyway you could steer me in the correct way of what i should be eating for someone my weight and height. Im trying to bulk btw.

    Once u figure up a diet post it for review including total cals and macros..also ur bf%

    Thats would be great Justin! Im defo trying to bulk. Its just hard getting my head around the whole concept of getting the right bit of everything and being sure that im right.
