    Nuts

Would you consider using nuts to help with your daily fat intake because a 100g of mixed nuts would more or less be your fat intake for the day.

Are nuts a good source of fat and are they a complex carb??

    Cheers

Most of us use peanut butter as a fat source I think. I also use seeds.

Just use them sparingly to fit your macro's.

And yes, I count their carbs in my macros too.

There are worse fat sources and better. Walnuts and almonds would be the 2 best IMO. But really, as long as they aren't salted or dry roasted muck you'll be ok.

Of nuts. Fish oils are a better bet and if you don't have those in your diet put some in.

We need more 3's in our diets for optimum balance. We get enough 6 Nd 9's from our protein sources. Finish your flax and switch to pure omega 3.
