Fibre.
Does the typical high protein diet used by nearly everyone hear require added fibre intake?
I had noticed some regularity issues while cutting weight even though I am still eating quite fibrous foods, approx 20g fibre/day. I added some metamucil over the last 2 days and have noticed a great change.
Anyone know how much fibre I should be aiming for, reccomendations I have found seem to be 20-30g/day. How much is too much?

I've noticed this as well. If eating a high protein diet I aim for 35-40g fibre a day or my bowel movements start to decrease. It seems like veggies just dont cut it for me I always resort to a fiber supp on a diet
