ID:	122447Well id like to introduce myself and say I am new to this forum and just wrote a diet for me and a buddy decided to followed along and write one for him as well.
A little about myself, I am currently 21 years old and also deployed so food is a little hard for me. I have run 2 full cycles of just straight Dbol for 12 weeks. Dbol was my first cycle I have done. I have tried Stanozolol and played with it a lot and really enjoyed it. I have also used Clenbuteral also to cut weight. Now being in the desert it so hot where I am I use Clenbuterual. I have never been in a bodybuilding show before but I am very interested in doing so after this deployment.

My diet consist of 5 meals spread out of the day and one cardio (PT) session where we run 2 miles or a 5k every day. Sunday- Thursday. Friday and Saturday no PT. Also the food we will be eating is from our chow hall so our diet has the food set in that area where we know we can get that food and the right amount of Carbs, Protein and Fat a day.

    My personal stats:
    68 inches tall
200-203 at the end of the day weight
    46 inch chest
    17 1/2 neck
    33 1/2 waist
I will try and post pics tom.

    Meal 1 breakfast-
5 boiled Egg whites, 1 can tuna, 1 carb shake (Mass-Tech 2 scoops)

    Meal 2 lunch-
1 cup rice, 1 cup broccoli, 2 chicken breast

Meal 3 In between lunch and dinner-
    1 beef patty, 1 cup rice, 1 protein shake(iso 100)

    Meal 4 Dinner/pre-work-
1 cup rice, 1 beef patties, ½ chicken breast

    Protein shake right after workout

Meal 5 late night before bed-
2 beef patty, 1 chicken breast

    Total Carbs= 218g
    Total protein= 325g
    Total fat= 66g

I understand the food might not be the best but I am currently deployed so we don’t have too much food but I’m going to try and make what I have work. If anybody has any ways to make this diet better with the food I have Please let me know I am open to criticism.
I do plan on adding 30mg of Stanozolol everyday on workout days. If there is anything else I should do please let me know. I will also tom add photos of how I am starting out.

Clen worked VERY well i was sweating ALL day and it cant do it anymore bec the temp is around 90's in the morning for PT and in the 100's for the regular day which is to hot for me to take clen. IF the temp wasnt that hot then i would take it again.
