Cheat meal, but nothing outrageous.
Meal 1 8:00 am
Meal 2 11 am
Meal 3 2pm
Meal 4 5pm
Meal 5 7mp
Gym 8 -10
Meal 6 10 or 11pm
12am sleep
your last meal is the one thats going to be building muscle for you while you sleep ,so id make it a good one, lean meat eg chicken breast , turkey or a lean cut of beef , some rice or sweet potato for carbs,and some vegies would be my choice the size of the meal would depend on your goals

^^ pretty much agree. Also, having it close to your most intense workout (legs for instance) could be beneficial as you may take advantage of the extra calories.
