    Post work out help

    So post workout meal should I consume fast digesting carbs?.. Like would this be a perfect time for a cheat meal ? Also I work out b4 bed

    Meal 2 11 am
    Meal 3 2pm
    Meal 4 5pm
    Meal 5 7mp
    Gym 8 -10
    Meal 6 10 or 11pm
    12am sleep

    your last meal is the one thats going to be building muscle for you while you sleep ,so id make it a good one, lean meat eg chicken breast , turkey or a lean cut of beef , some rice or sweet potato for carbs,and some vegies would be my choice the size of the meal would depend on your goals

    No... not necessary at all. Especially in your case with PWO being your least meal of the day... i'd absolutely stick with complex carbs.

    No cheat meal once a week I'm just saying when I have one would Pwo be the best time to do it?

    Doesn't really matter. Cheat meal can be fitted into breakfast, lunch, dinner etc.

    Are you currently on Keto diet?

    ^^ pretty much agree. Also, having it close to your most intense workout (legs for instance) could be beneficial as you may take advantage of the extra calories.

    No this is my last week of my bulk I start that diet in a week
