S.O.S How can I eat 4000 cals (whey and casein allergic)
hey people,before i would go for any cycle wanna kick my wight a little bit higher,but my problem that i am not so good with proteins supplements (whey and casein),wight gainer and even some meal repla***ents,because am i have very bad lactose intolerance,i can consume whey or wight gainer once a day sometimes two times more than this but at the end of the day, i will fees sick,diarrhea and it can even develop vomit and fever.at the moment i know what i am asking is seemed imposable but is there is any way that i can gain up to 3000 to 4000 calories per day let say without whey,wight gainer and meal repla***ents?
i got no problem with meat,fish,egg or anything else....
any recommended diet?
Note :amgood eater,i can eat 3 to4 cups or rice and chicken in one meal,or5 whole potatos and rice in one meal,i got no problem on that,so please don't take it ease on me i mean itLast edited by sweetsnoopy99; 04-29-2012 at 07:30 AM.

Why don't you list a diet that would support weight gain. We will need to know your stats before we can critique it anyway.

my high is 186.54 exactly
wight is 80 to 82
body fat is above 20%
clear from any steroids or supplements,just normal food 4 times a day
my diet is
breakfast:3 cups of oats +coffee+slice of cake)
lunch:3 cups fright rice with chicken or beef (chicken breast)+peps
after workout:3 cups of rice with chicken or beef( chicken breast or steak)
dinner:eggs and sausage with 6 to 8 slice of white bread and Pepsi or coke
between meal i will go for puddings and cakes (Cakes`s Big Fan)
workout
Monday:shoulder
Tuesday:chest,tri
Wednesday:Legs
Thursday:back
Friday:biceps
Saturday:rest
Sunday:rest
all workouts from 3 sets 10,8,6

If your body day is in the 20's why the hell do you want to eat 4000 cals a day. You need to cut!!!!
Read the cutting sticky and post a proper cutting diet. FYI cutting or bulking diets shouldn't include cake!!!NO SOURCES GIVEN

And head to the workout forum your split/rest needs an overhaul. And add some cardio?
