hey people,before i would go for any cycle wanna kick my wight a little bit higher,but my problem that i am not so good with proteins supplements (whey and casein),wight gainer and even some meal repla***ents,because am i have very bad lactose intolerance,i can consume whey or wight gainer once a day sometimes two times more than this but at the end of the day, i will fees sick,diarrhea and it can even develop vomit and fever.at the moment i know what i am asking is seemed imposable but is there is any way that i can gain up to 3000 to 4000 calories per day let say without whey,wight gainer and meal repla***ents?
i got no problem with meat,fish,egg or anything else....
any recommended diet?
Note :amgood eater,i can eat 3 to4 cups or rice and chicken in one meal,or5 whole potatos and rice in one meal,i got no problem on that,so please don't take it ease on me i mean it
