celery
radishes
whole carrots
cucumber
another trick is to get some psyllium husk fiber, and put a table spoon in a glass of water. this will expand to 10x it's original volume and make you full. since you don't digest, if you do with dinner, you eat less and stay full lllonger.

I do both of the above to keep my full at night as I find it hard to sleep if I am hungry.
Left a cup of fiber sitting the other day while I ate my dinner and came back to it. Was quite thick and needing diluting/mixing to drink. I would recommend mixing and drinking immediately.

yeah...same as what they said. pack down the veggies. dont really have to worry about
the calories with those. I've never tried the husk idea, but it might work.
If you can put down 4 or 5 servings of broccoli or green peas and still feel hungry,
you got problems!! or a hole somewhere....
I also find that a hefty protein shake fills me well too.
stuff kinda thickens in the stomach and it may not give you that "I had a steak" feeling,
it helps. and if you are using the veggies already, it may just give you that
little bit of extra boost.
just my two. let us know how it works out.

Not to be redundant... but veggies all the way. High in fiber and water, extremely filling, and generally very low calorie. Some are even 'negative calorie' foods. Some options:
Broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, brussell sprouts, alfalfa sprouts, green beans, kale, green lettuces (not iceberg), etc etc. Any fibrous veggie really.

I eat a huge bowl of boiled veg for dinner and as soon as I eat it My taste buds on my tongue go nuts. I crave something sweet. Anything. Choclate starts to fill my mind and consume it like crazy...
A sweet, a chocolate, a red bull, a coke.. Need to cut it out, but it's hard. I stop myself 9 times out of 10, but just that 10th time I give it, have a tiny piece of chocolate and let it melt on my tongue.

here, you can find it very cheap at Costco, walmart and almost any large outlet. other than that, you can go here on the internet and get it for $8/lb, a several month supply

btw.. if you let it set too long, it takes on the consistancy of apple sauce
