Bulking diet sample - how does it look?
Hi I am about to start a bulking cycle (2nd cycle):
400mg Test Cyp
200mg Deca
.25 Arimidex EOD
Please check out a sample of my diet I have planned.
My TDEE is 2564.
With this diet I'm shooting for 3100 calories with a 40/40/20 Protein/Carb/Fat split. I've read this is a good split to start with.
I think my fats may be too high and carbs slightly low. Any recommendations are welcome.
A couple of things to note:
Meal 1 I don't really want to change as it is easy to prepare the night before and I can down in quickly before leaving for the gym in the morning.
Meal 2 is fixed as it is a shake prepared by staff at the gym. Banana could possibly be substituted for something else.
Meal 1 (Pre Workout)
Whey Protein Shake (200mls No Fat Milk, 100g Blueberries, 40g Whey)
1/2 Cup Oatmeal
Fish Oil (8g)

Meal 2 (Post Workout)
Whey Protein Shake (Whey Protein 30g, Low Fat Milk 200g)
Banana x 1
Fish Oil 5g
Pro: 39.3 / Carb: 39.2 / Fat: 7.9 / (385.5 cals)
Meal 3 (PPW)
Chicken Breast (Boiled, 200g)
Brown Rice (1 cup)
Olive Oil (1 tsp)
Pro: 62.5 / Carb: 45.8 / Fat: 12.2 / (543 cals)
Meal 4
Tuna (packed in water, 240g)
Brown Rice (1 cup)
Fish Oil (8g)
Pro: 45.9 / Carb: 45.8 / Fat: 12.6 / (505.4 cals)
Meal 5
Milk (Non Fat, 250ml)
Brown Bread (1 Slice)
Almonds (1oz)
Pro: 17.4 / Carb: 29.8 / Fat: 16.8 / (340 cals)
Meal 6
Chicken Breast (Boiled, 250g)
Shiitake Mushrooms (or similar veg)
Canned Tomatos (1 can)
Olive Oil (1 Tsp)
Pro: 78.1 / Carb: 48.1 / Fat: 12.5 / (617 cals)
Meal 7
Cottage Cheese
Pro: 20 / Carb:10 / Fat: 8.3 / (194.7 cals)
