    Foods Help

    So I am about to start a Test E + Dbol cycle and have been working to get my diet perfected.

    Ht: 6'
    Wt: 170

    Meal 1 - 3 whole eggs + 3 egg whites + 1 oz cheese + 1/2 cup green peppers/onions + 1 small apple or orange
    Meal 2 - 40g protein shake + 1 cup of oatmeal + 1 tsp peanut butter
    Meal 3 - 1 large green salad with 3x6 oz grilled chicken + 1 tsp olive oil + vinegar
    Meal 4 - PB&J + 2 xGreek Yogurts (medium sized)
    Meal 5 - 1 large chicken breast (approx 10 oz) + 1/2 cup black beans + 1 cup broccoli + 40g protein shake
    Meal 6 - 1 cup cottage cheese + 1 tbsp peanut butter + handful of almonds


    Can anyone suggest a better meal plan or even some quick foods that would be good to have while on this cycle? (Quick foods = protein bars, quick snacks like almonds/nuts)

    Macros for each meal and daily totals please?

    And how did you come around to 'perfecting' the diet?

    And at 170lbs regardless if bodyfat, why are you cycling?

    I'll say it again just invade this guy might listen, hey dude your 20 eat lots get a trainer and hit the gym hard the better base you have before you start the better

    Body Fat: Had it taken at 11% a few months ago, but would say I am at 9-10% now since I have been doing a lot of cardio and have all 6 abs visible
    Goal: add 10-15 lbs
    Daily Total: ~3000 calories

    Can't remember the specific for each meal but it was around:
    240g protein, 140g carbs, 65g fat

    Most of this I had a trainer from another site give me, but wanted to try and add the caloric intake up to around 4k a day and didn't know where to fit in more meal/what to add.

    About the cycle, I have been questioning it more and more since joining this site a few days ago. Regardless of the cycle, I would still like to create a better meal plan than the one I currently have.

    Edit: Now I feel stupid. Could have just looked at the sticky (how to "bulk") zzzzzz. My bad.
