    Best fast food?

I know the answer is nothing. But some days like tomorrow I will be on the run from 8am till 8pm with no use of a microwave. If you had no other choices what would be some of the best options for fast food?

Couple options are grilled chicken sandwich with an extra chicken patty. You may have to buy 2 and make one sandwich. If you have a KFC or something like that that offers grilled chicken just pull the skin off.

Best option would be to pack a cooler and just eat your normal food cold.

Wendy's has salad's that are pretty damned close to restaurat quality IMO. I get the apple pecan chicken salad. It's a bit high in sugar and fats to rely on everyday for me, however it's relatively healthy and is also fairly high in protein. It consists of:

Grilled chicken, apples, pecans (candied unfortunately, but they come in a separate package so you can omit them), cranberries, blue cheese crumbles, and a mixture of iceberg (again, unfortunately) and some other lettuces. The dressing is a pomegranite vinegarette - they give you 2, I just use 1.

Boston Market (if near you) - grilled chicken, 1/2 chicken, skin removed, veggies on the side.

my favorite fast food is the protein shake and baggie of shaved raw almonds on the seat next to me! will do the double chicken patties sandwich from a couple of places, commit to not doing it unless eminent starvation is looming!
