Hey guys tonight was the first night I thought I would cook up some brown rice and chicken breasts enough to last me the week!
I bought 1.5kg of chicken. Thinking to have 6 250g serves. I added 200g of low sugar/fat marinade mixed it up and cooked it!
Now I just dished it up and I have 6 containers of 200g I really don't understand lol any help guys I'm clueless to as what has happend!!
If I eat 1 container of the 200g are I going to get the full amount of protein as the 250g in which I've calculated for? Thanks for any help or advice!
