I'd recommend putting up your current diet, with macros per meal and macros per day, along with your tdee, and then we can take a look for some improvements
I haven't really got a diet plan, I just eat what I have in the cupboards lol what is a good diet plan?
Nobody is going to plan or construct a diet for you here, you need to post your full diet ie. Foods, times, amounts, aswell as your training routine goals and body stats. With this info it Will be easier for us to help YOU tweak your diet and training!
At 9oclock I have a bowl of cerial, 12oclock I have me lunch and at 5 I have my tea, I'm normally eating a lot of pasta,chicken and tuna..
