Real eggs Vs. Powder egg protein

I am really trying to reconfigure my diet. I am on my first cycle of test enan only and it's working, but I am gaining a bit of fat also.

I eat a dozen whole eggs per day on a average.

Six in the morning a few more throughout the day then about another 4 at night.

It's getting old and they contain a bit of fat. I tried just egg whites like egg beaters. But fvck, they are so plain and I need to eat a grip of those damn things.

I still have a bit of egg protein on hand. Is this a good substitute?

This crap doesn't taste too bad and seems to be loaded with protein.

Can it actually replace most of the eggs I eat?

Correct me if i am wrong. powdered egg protein is taken from the "whites" (yolks have all the cholestoral), so this would be a good way to cut back on all those eggs you've been eating

    Exactly, but it's processed somehow.

I just wonder if the protein is about the same as far as absorption goes.

without looking it up, I would say it should be. we have boxes of liquid "egg whites" you get at costco here at the house. a pint runs about $1.50. only difference between powder and liquid is the absence of water. absorption should be very similar.

Hmmmm, that's what I have too.

Just cooked eggs are getting old.

Shit, cutting is easier than bulking. At least I have to eat less foods that I don't like.

I'm the same. hard to bulk, easy to cut (except for the last couple pounds in the mid section preventing the infamous "6pak" from happening).

my son is opposite (he's 21). easy for him to bulk, but has a helluva time with definition and vascularity

This is the first time I am concentrating on gaining a bit of solid weight. I did small bulks before, but nothing like I am trying now since I want to make the most of my 1st cycle.

This is shit, I need more calorie and protein dense foods. But, I just can't fit it in. And if I can, it's high fat or high carb garbage.

    Nope, but I can.

Here it is, I didn't want to start another thread for it.

    Breakfast

    6 eggs

    2 whole wheat tortillas(or it's 1.5 cups of oats)

    2 cups of Greek yogurt

    3 slices of cheese

    Mid day

    1k - 1,200 calorie shake

Made with 2.5 scoops of generic whey, 2.5 scoops of MM, a banana, strawberries, half a cup of oats, half of cup of milk, half of cup of OJ, 1.5 cups of Greek yogurt, 2 Tbsp. of peanut butter

    Around 6 P.M.

2 cups of spaghetti and lean ground beef with sauce

Usually I throw in random pairs of eggs whenever.

    Around 8

4-5 Tbsp of peanut butter mixed with generic whey

    2 cups of whole milk

    That's it. . . . . . . .

I know it, in the beginning of my cycle I was pounding down steaks and ground beef.

Now, I'm just trying to get something fairly well balanced.

Got the oats in the morning and in my shake.

    I thought this was it. . . .

This also may be a bit on the stupid side. But, is it effective to blend meals? From what I know I can stomach quite a few more chicken breasts in a liquid compared to chewing for 30 minutes.

That is just plain gross, I'm really considering liquifying everything.

But, I think liquid goes through you faster. If I could, I would. At least it goes down faster.

buy liquid egg whites. YOu can drink them straight or mix with protein powder. Cut out the cheese and milk and replace with 99% turkey and some yams.
