Ok, let me begin with saying i've done plenty of cycles within the last 7 years.. I got good gains some were hard lean and others where Bulky depening on the cycle ran.. However, my diets were hit and miss, meaning I woudl just guess as comon sense no starch, extra calories etc depending on what I wanted to do. I think I could have done better results if I would have started on this diet forum. Now I'm regretting it cause each time I get done with my cycle I loose gains expecially cause I don't continue my diet. I've learned now after years that diet is the biggest thing in getting good results..... With all this being said please direct me eating right.... This last cycle F'ed me up really bad (d bol, deca, test)... due to me not eating properly and eating to much carbs with lots of sugar I ended up with gyno and flabby fatty chest... I got rid of the gyno with letro and stopping the deca and d bol... I'm now only on test and var and I've been doing lots of cardio and now looking better.... This is my daily meals..let me know what you guys think???
8am - 6 white eggs with 1 yellow (7-6eggs total) scrambled with spinach and a burrito on the side. Although, I don't think this buritto on the side is not any good....
10am- 1-2 cups of oat meal with blue berrys
11am- protein shake (Myofusion)
1pm- chicken beast with salad or chicken breast in a can with salad
3pm- sweet potato 15 min later off to the gym
5pm- protein shake
6pm- dinner which is salad chicken breast or steak... ( I will eat brown rich 2-3x a week only)
8pm- If I get really hungry I will eat half of chicken breast with salad
10pm- protein shake....
TV.. then sleep...
*** between all this I will eat trail mix, can of tuna, jello or cottage cheese....
My goal is to lean out but not too skinny...... Let me know your thoughts and sorry for this book I just wrote
