***********Critique my Diet*************
Ok 34 yr old Male, was pretty good for a long time on eating then moved to the city and eating out has become a habit. When I do, I atleast try to eat as clean as possible, never drink pop, just coffee and an occasional energy drink. Im 6'4" 215 around 14% BF. I have lost my definition, dont have a guy but a little something does appear. I have always been blessed with the very high metabolism so I dont get fat.
Heres the diet Im going to get back on
Morning
5am-2 Eggs, 2 Turkey Sausage
8am Protein Shake
11am Turkey Breast with Onion, Lettuce Tomato on Whole Grain, Cup of Cottage Cheese, Pita Chips and Grapes
1 Vita, Fish Oil and 2 CLAs
230Pm-Protien Shake
430pm Prework out Shake
630 PWO
730pm Chicken Breast, Broccoli, Cup of Cottage Cheese
1 Fish oil, 1 CLA
My main goal is to obviously cut down a little and get my lines back.
Let me know what I should change and or add. Thanks fellas

straight up? that's a horrible diet. your best meals are at 5am, 11am, 7:30pm. not enough food bro. and from 1pm to 7:30 there is NO food at all??
try this diet and tweak it for yourself..
40 mins cardio (elliptical or treadmill or equivalent)
Meal 1
One whole egg
4whites
3/4 C oats
Meal 2
5oz chicken breast
Broccoli
5oz sweet pot
WORKOUT
(during workout)
25 grams whey isolate
5 grams BCAA
5 grams l-glutemine
5 grams creatine
(post workout)
50 grams whey isolate
10 grams l-glutemine
5 grams BCAA
DAA
Meal 3
2 cans Tuna (in water) or 10 oz fish
Broccoli
Meal 4
6oz lean grnd beef or chicken
Broccoli
Meal 5
500ml 1% cottage cheese
2345Cal/278Protein/160Carbs/63Fat
*Drink lots of water - 4 liters/day. If you're not going to the bathroom every half hour you're not drinking enough!

Do u know how many cals are in ur above diet? Also wat r the total macros?
Diet needs work.. Also how much cardio u plan on doing? When u plan on doing it? For how long?
