By now I have a good understanding of types of foods to eat.
My question is I am about to start my next cycle, goals are for lean gains only minimal to no fat weight.
I know this question is dependent on the individual, and should be adjusted by measuring results but I need a starting point.
How many cals would you suggest over Maintence was thinking from 200-500 clean.
And what macro split would best suit my goals? 45p35c20f ?
Stats are approx 185 10%bf 5.8" primed and ready to go, been on a fairly low carb diet for 8 weeks or so cutting at 500 cals below Maintence 50p30c20f.

Cycle test e 250 pw 1-12
Tren a 3-10 50-75mg Ed
