i lightly season salmon with lawry's ss and pepper zesty italian dressing wrap in foil and throw inside the bbq for 15-20min per pound
imagine you could use a ff dressing if you like or olive oil
Tilapia fillets with salt, pepper, EVVO, and lemon juice. You can add cayenne pepper for some heat as well. Grill about 4 mins per side on med. heat.
I use random Mrs. Dash, good spices, has no sodium, sugars,etc very good and tastes great!
Im not a big fish eater, but I love a tuna steak seared each side about 2 min on grill at high heat, wasabi and low sodium soy on the side!!
