It's cheaper than buying egg whites at walmart, but its still a big ol pile of cash to layout at once. Keep them in the freezer and they are g2g for a long time. I use them for omelets in the morning and also in my casein at nite.

I just buy the store brand egg whites at the supermarket. Usually $6/quart. That comes out to $24/gallon no shipping.
How much is a quart of egg whites in a Cali supermarket?

quart is 3 bucks in cali al. I usually buy 6 at a time, the checkout lady thinks im weird haha.

A bit off topic but I ate 30 egg whites one morning that was after a leg day, I think my BW was around 160lbs at the time.

Are there any personal records of eating a massive amount of egg whites in one sitting here?

Not 30 but I eat a carton per day 1st meal with 1/3 pound of turkey 1 jalepeno 4cups of raw spinach scramble it all together and have a cup of oats on the side ,making me hungry !
