hey guys im currently doing a cutting cycle and just wanted opinions on what to put in post workout shake.. im currently putting 45g Whey protein 5g creatine and about 30g dextrose.. also drinking bcaa's during workout.. then a solid meal an hour later.. been reading a lot that say to switch to oats in pwo shake when cutting... wanted to know what people thought if i was to go half dextrose and half oats??? so like 15g dextrose and 15g oats??.. any thoughts or has anyone tried this????
