    Help and input with diet

Ok, Im trying to lose weight and had some concerns and questions with my diet. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Im 5'7 and weigh 188lb right now, 2 weeks ago I started at 192lb. I do atleast 45 min of cardio each morning. I eat pretty much the same thing everyday. I work until 11pm so my eating schedule is a little different than most. After work is when I usually eat dinner. Is this good or should I be eating earlier? My day looks like this:

    10am cardio on empty stomach

    12pm Granola and OJ

    230pm granola

5pm carrots broccoli and celery or snap peas

7pm almonds and carrots or an organic energy bar

1130pm grilled chicken with either corn or asparagus and sometimes 3 pickle spears

I drink water throughout the day. I have read different things on weather you should or shouldnt but would it be ok to substitute the 7pm snack with either a banana or 2 slices of wheat toast with peanut butter?

Like I said any input on what I should change or am doing wrong would be great. Thanks in advance.

Personally i don't think your eating enough. id have to see a nutrient breakdown but on the other hand you have lost 4lbs in two weeks so its working just concerned that your body will eventually counteract the lack of nutrients protein and carbs in particular. i do pretty good at keeping a diet that works for me but honestly advise on this matter isnt my strong suit, lets see what the experts say.

Whatsup dude, there's noooo way you're getting enough protein in you. You're only eating veggies for a 5pm meal? Then almonds and an energy bar at 7? That meens from 2:30 - 7 you are barley getting any kind of nutrients, that's a 5 hour timespan.

How are your energy levels? I would imagine they are in the pooper. With the diet you have you're sacrificing a lot of muscle loss. It may be working, but not in a healthy manner.

List your stats i.e. age, weight, height,LBM. Also what is your ideal goal? Also list your current diet with the list of macro breakdowns and totals. This will be a good start to steer you in the right direction.

If you havn't already checked out the stickes at the top of this section i highly recommend taking a gander at them.
