A good one that I find useful (for iphone) is MyNetDiary. And you can adjust you % of fat, carbs and protein.
My fitness pal works great .

They didn't make it easy that's for sure - spent ages trying to find out how to do it!
i use LOSE IT app. it tracks everything and has a bar code scanner. it breaks down everything for you in macros and it will give you a guide when you input your stats and goals.
