    Calorie counting apps?

    Does anyone know of a good calorie counting app? Preferably one that will let you chang fat,calorie,protine,potassium Ect.

    A good one that I find useful (for iphone) is MyNetDiary. And you can adjust you % of fat, carbs and protein.

    Go to: My Home -> Goals -> Change Goals

    Then select customisable and set to whatever you like.

    i use LOSE IT app. it tracks everything and has a bar code scanner. it breaks down everything for you in macros and it will give you a guide when you input your stats and goals.
