    tdee?

hi just trying to work out my tdee, i do weights 5 days/week for 1-1 1/2 hours, and then followed by 30 minutes of cardio, and also i work 4 days a week in a bakery, its always warm in there so im pritty much sweating all night.

Sedentary = BMR X 1.2 (little or no exercise and a desk or still standing job)
Lightly active = BMR X 1.375 (light exercise or sports one to three times per week)
Moderately active = BMR X 1.55 (moderate exercise or sports three to five times per week)
Very active = BMR X 1.725 (hard exercise or sports six to seven times per week)
Extremely active = BMR X 1.9 (hard daily exercise or sports and a physical job, or twice a day training for an athletic event such as for a marathon or intense competition)

so would this put me as moderately active or very??

    thanks in advance.

And this is why I'm not a fan of the TDEE calculators and/or formulas. They are too subjective. Personally, i'd consider you 'lighty active'. I worked in the food industry in the past and know how it can be in the kitchen as well as the bakery. Yes it's hot, and yes you're on your feet and moving around constantly. But I don't consider that 'active' in the sense that I believe the formulas meant it. e.g. I would consider a construction job, ditch digging, etc. active as compared to working in a bakery.
