    Ground oats

    Where's the cheapest place or way to get these from???? They are about to become one of my new best friends but I begrudge payin postage that is more than they cost

    42oz. of Oats @ Walmart for $3

    not ground, but never seen em pre-ground

    If you don't have a food processor you can pick up a basic one for like $15

    Either a cash and carry if you have a card or go buy Tesco's or Asda's cheapest own brand. Put them in a blender and powder them yourself!

    Yep I buy Oats in bulk and then grind them in the blender. They blend up almost into a powdery substance that is easy to throw in my pwo protein shake.

    Found a site in the uk bulk powders .co.uk reasonably priced

    And here I was Chewing my shakes...Roflm*ao. DUH!!!!

    BTW, COSTCO Here....Luv the 10 pounder. Now I need a blender. Hehe.

    I usually use my cuisinart hand mixer, but when not at home and have my shake, duh, powder.
