    Getting more food in

My stats before i begin: 31 yrs old. 155 lbs 5'8"

At work I'm only allowed (1) 30 min lunch and (1)10 min break. My hours vary from day to day so I don't have a fixed schedule. I usually eat 1 meal breakfast(930am) before work and eat 1 meal during lunch(130) and 1 meal during 10 min break(530). Once I get out of work I Go to the gym(8pm). Have 2 bananas prior and then dinner after gym(930pm). And protein shake before bed(1130).

Meals usually consist of eggs&eggs white with protein shake for breakfast.
Chicken brown rice and black beans for both lunches at work
Chicken/tilapia/steak with rice or pasta for dinner
And again protein shake before bed.

How and where can I cram more food?

Throw a cup of oats in your morning shake.

Also snack on almonds, hard-boiled eggs, or whatever else easy you can pick on without gettin in trouble at work

Yes I want to add weight. I work out 3 times a week. Days are random depending on my schedule but it's: day1- chest/legs. Day 2-back/shoulders. Day 3-bis/tris. Goal is to get to about 165-170. Thanks for the food recommendation definitely adding almonds. What types of oats are recommended?

It isn't absolutely necessary to split your food into eight meals as long as you are hitting your macro goals.

    Plain old whole grains oats

If you put em in a blender or food processor you can turn em in to a powder and they go great in shakes. It's a great way to get a good amount of complex carbs
