You need to post your stats in detail in order to get a diet lay out.
I posted them to my profile. I'm assuming they are not there... I will go double check real fast.
That bit where the question mark is? We kinda need to know that. Post some pics if unsure and we'll guesstimate for you!Originally Posted by Thunderdan65

And now all you need to do is write down the diet you have been following together with macro's.
And detail your cycle and how far into it you are.
And can I ask why you have started cycling at such a high bodyfat?
I'll start wt the last questions. At the suggestion of a friend who reccomend the first cycle while I was still loosing the unwanted pounds because in adding the Test E I would have more energy and when you build muscle you exelerat the fat burn.
DIET: Meal 1: 4egg whites, 1/2 cup of mushrooms and 1 bananna, sometimes 1/2 avacodo
Meal 2: 6oz. grilled chicken, 1/2 cup of steamed Broccoli and 1/2 cup of colliflower
Meal 3: 6oz Talapia or Salmon, 1/2 cup steamed broccoli and 1/2 cup colliflower and 3/4 cup black beans
Meal 4: 6oz grilled chicken, 6 pieced asparagus, mixed green salad
Cycle: I'm in week 3 of my cycle. I'm doing 500mg of Test E broken into two shots on Wednesday and Sunday.
Thanks for the help!
For a guy whose BW is 235lbs, your daily protein intake is too low, especially considering the fact that you are on 500mg of Test E.
Honestly? I would stop the cycle and resolve the diet issues and get your bodyfat down to 15% max before you start up again.
Do you have any idea on the macro's for the above meals? It doesn't look like you are eating anywhere near enough to gain any muscle.
Went and had by BF% measured at my physical therapist this morning it was 16%. The first time I used an online. Calculater which was apparently crap. I'm not opposed to anything. I am highly motivated and willing to work as hard as I need to.
