Out of the six days one day I go to the park and play tinis. What do you think. I am afraid if I don't I will gain weight back that I ha e lost. Jan 2 I was at 238
This past Monday I was at 207
Don't want to gain it back.
Other thing I can do for cardio?? I jump rope today for a few min. Not long tho bc that didn't seem to help it lol. Thanks

I had same issues when I was a lot heavier. Try low impact cardio. Bike, elliptical, incline treadmill walking.

Diet is going to be your key to success dude. You can do all the cardio in the world but if you don't eat right all your cardio well be a waste of time.
Use diet as your foundation of weight loss and cardio as a supplement is what a knowledgeable member on here told me when I first started getting serious.

Inclined treadmill walking is not a good advise for someone who have complaints about knee/joint pain to take, as the incline will make this only worse.
As for the heart rate for burning fat, I don't see why I would burn something else (muscle tissue, glycogen) as opposed to burning fat if I walked for 45-60mins at 125-130 bpm, fasted or not.

I am a huge fan of spinning and very easy on the knees. I think cross training is very important so that the body doesn't get overused /underused by the same routine.

If you are worried about gaining weight your diet/caloric intake/macros will be much more effective than messing with cardio.
