If you have to eat sushi I would stick to the cleanest ones. Such as mainly veggies, rice, fish... Stay away from the fried rolls, or rolls with a bunch of sauces poured all over them.

Sushi is a great post workout meal. Yes try to stick with the rolls that are not loaded with fatty sauces. It's one of my most favorite foods. I could have it everyday lol.

I love sushi too. And yea think its a great post workout meal. I find that the carbs outweigh the protein though which becomes a problem when you eat a lot of it

If you really want to eat clean, try Sushimi, my wife and I go once a week due to the all you can eat sushi menu for $40 per person. I try to stay away from rice, but sometimes have to indulge in it. I say its one of the better things anyone can eat. Sure beats a burger and fries.

An all u can eat sushi? OH MY GOD!!!! i would ask you u where but Im affraid I might be responsible for adding a few more additions to the endangered species list if you did. Sushimi is a fav of mine also. Its a good thing the stuff is so expensive around my area, limits how often I get to eat it. With that bei g said for the ones that said stay clear of the rolls with sauces sorry folks not gonna happen ha ha. Its my version of a cheat meal so I say "2 SHRIMP TEMPURA ROLLS TO GO PLEASE!!!"
