I will just gonna jump into topic,
Breakfast one or two cup of oatmeal,three eggs,two beef frankfort,
Lunch three cup of rice and chicken breast,pudding
Snack two muffin cake with coffie
After workout
Two or three cup of rice with steak home made not resturant type
Two peices of whole boiled potato with one spoon of butter and One big spoon of olive oil and sometimes i will go for an icevcream
Now after all that...i didnt gain much wight...?

My wight is 82kg still
I didnt go for any cycle,and i cant digest whey coz i got lactose problem,what can i do,shall i give up and just go for roids,or keep on
I spend on gym only 54min to 1hour not more,so i wont burn lot of calories
Sleep eight hours,drink lot of water and i dont do cardio,
But still gaining is so slow,what can i do,i admit that i am a littel stress after broke up with my girl but i still eat big,work hard and sleep like baby...
Somebody till me what the hell is going on to me,and what shall do to gain this damn wight....?
