    Wanna add a lil weight

    Hi all I'm a builder/plasterer constantly on the move lifting stuff every day got to stage were I'd like bulk a lil I'd say I'm a hard gainer when comes to packing on few extra pounds.

    I eat constantly and big as well some night even have 2 dinners plus the girlfriends left overs lol I tried weider crash weight gain and seemed throw on 1 n half stone (20 shakes )

    But lost it very quickly I've stopped working out as much just as I wanna look lil more bulky

    My week of food consist of

    Cottage pie
    Sheps pie
    Vegetables
    Roast dinner loads potatoes
    Take away a week. Indian etc lol
    Pizza!!!
    Usual really I know not healthiest But trying to eat as much as I can any help be cool

    Welcome to the boards dude, What are your current stats? i.e weight, height, age, bf%.

    Your food choices are pretty poor, remember you want to add LBM, not just weight in general. With this you will want to get all your macros in place. Also I noticed you said you stopped working out as much, are you planning on getting back in the gym?

    I recommend checking out the stickies at the top... Some to highlight

    Hi mate I'm 21
    Weight 11.0 stone may b just over
    About 5.9
    And bf% 12

    I no my choice of food Is bad I've only starting eating like this due to fact I wanted put much more weight on I will starting gym again 100% so I won't b come a slob lol

    Check out the stickies at the top, mostly the ones I mentioned.

    I think a good start would be a 40% protein 40% carbs 20% fats macro split with your calories in the range of 2800-3000. That's a start, you can always adjust as the weeks go by.
