My nutritional diet, I'm 18 weighing 182 -bf roughly maybe 17% think that's what somebody said.I can see my top abs and barley my second ones but anyways I was pretty chunky about 4-5 months ago was 243 an I'm 6"1/2 but was needing a good diet wanting to get cut and toned but also big if anybody can help I'll stick to it I need Leo with meal plans- I don't eat fast food, chips, pop, candy, fried foods etc I may eat out every know an then by help please! Just need to get rid of the bottom belly and want skin to tighten up
