Hey everyone, looking for some advice on prepping a large amount of food for a bulking diet centered around long work days/few breaks. Any advice? I can't and I know I shouldn't keep drinking so much milk lol

Cook large amount of food 1-2 times per week n portion it out in tupperware..
I usually cook 9-10lbs of chicken, a few bags of broccoli, many bags of brown rice, and 2lbs of beef. Then weigh it out n portion in to tupperware. Takes a few hrs to prepare but then the rest of the week you can just grab a stack n go. Takes 10 seconds in the morning to get my meals together.
In my experience doing this, i cook lentils for 5 days, chicken for 3, sweet potato for 7 days, eggs each night for the following day and beef patty every night....
If you cant cook ahead of time....
-Cans of tuna
-Jar of natty peanut butter
-Tub of oats
-Bottle of fish oils
-Tub of protein
-Shaker bottles
Keep these on hand at all times.
If you can bring a cooler...
-greek yogurt
-pre cooked meats
I prepare salads everyother day. Cook/grill everything once per week. the key is AIR TIGHT CONTAINERS! I just started taking larger containers into work at the beginning of the week and store in frig (if this is available to you). So I take chic for 2-3 days, yogart, cottage cheese, cooked egg whites and steamable veggies. It is a breeze. I eat about the same thing everyday. And I don't require as much volume as guys...obviously.
hey mate i totally understand your bind. If your break times are under say 10 mins id suggest protein and oats shakes. i know people will disagree but when your on the go and dont have the luxary of 20 mins to grill & eat a chicken breast or have access to a mic then they are great. your looking at 50-100g of carbs depending upon your oat content and anywhere from 30-60g protein depending on your protein powder. another way would be wholegrain sandwiches. people dislike bread as a carb source but at the end of the day if you can handle it without bloating then 3 sandos and 3 P&O shakes would be plenty for the work day.
