    cutting diet

    stats 197 5'10 12% bf wanting to shedd some more bf but weightloss is slowing near stopping so here's my diet it's low carbs high fat high protein
    meal 1 morning whey shake milk 240 cals 24 pro 16 carbs 5 fat
    whey 125 cals 25 pro 0 carbs 3 fat
    meal 2 protein pancakes 4 eggs 260 cals 24 pro 0 carb 20 fat
    200 cal whey 50 pro 0 carbs 6 fat
    peanuts 160 cals 7 pro 6 carbs 14 fat
    meal 3 80 tilap 250 cals 40 pro 0 carbs 5 fat
    1oz nuts 160 cals 7 pro 6 carbs 14 fat
    meal 4 same as 3
    during workout shake 250 cals 50 pro 0 carbs 6 fat
    postwork out shake 50 pro 0 carbs 6 fat
    meal 5 same as 3
    meal 6 same as 3
    meal 7 same as 3
    total 2960 cals 380 pro 62 carbs 146 fat
    not sure if my fats may be to high now or what the issue i've never been a ;lean guy so im really hoping for single digits bf.
    my tdee is 3200 and bmr 1785 cals
