    Newb, guidance to nutrition

    Im new to all this.
    Im 28yr
    5'6
    180lb
    BF% is probably 25%
    i wanna weight train and be at a lower
    BF% and be maybe 160-165lb of muscle
    I was told nutrition is the number 1 thing
    To straighten out, but i didnt have guidance
    Or help with what or how i should eat
    Can anyone help me get on track?
