What Veggies are best for a Cutting Diet
I'm 6'2 205 12-14%BF and I'm starting my own cutting diet. It's not that I don't like veggies, but I always seem to overlook them when creating my meals. I was wondering if you guys could help me by listing off some good veggies for cutting. Also I know that fresh veggies are best, but can canned veggies be used as well (convenience and time).
Thanks in advanced.

Generally anything (good for any diet, not just cutting) - but think leafy green stuff as being best.
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Kale
Green Lettuces
Brussell Sprouts
Alfalfa Sprouts
Spinach
Asparagus
Green Beans
etc etc.
Canned veggies is better than no veggies IMO.

I also advise mixing them up... eating the same veggies does become somewhat annoying IMO
