    Rate my recomp/bulking diet

    40g oatmeal, 30g whey, 75g strawberries, 2 egg whites, 1 full egg 425-48-38
    80g oatmeal, 4oz turkey 420-36-54
    4 scoops xtend 80-20=0
    90g physique, 30g whey 435-45-60
    1 piece p28 bread, 4oz turkey, 1 hard boiled egg 320-46-12
    1 piece p28 bread, 4oz turkey, 1 hard boiled egg 320=46-12
    6oz turkey 1 hard boiled egg 250-45-0
    36g casein, 4 egg whites 250-48-8

    Calories/Protien/Carbs

    I'm weighing in at 195-200, just finished my cut. I'm running 12 weeks of Andropen along with 11 weeks of EQ. I plan on doing a very lean bulk for 9 weeks of this, and finishing with another cut that will include Winny, Clen , and possibly T3.

    Over the course of the next week I plan on working my way up to my maintinance of 3,000 calories, and from there slowly working it up as needed to continue to make lean gains.

    I would eat way more then 14oz of meat per day; especially on cycle. I eat 3 lbs of meat and a dozen whole eggs every day no matter how hard I'm cutting. IMHO protein shakes are over used and over rated. Other than post workout food is better because it keeps you much fuller both in appetite and size. I would add more good fats also.
