Fish. Also I used to eat 97% lean ground turkey. I think they might have 99% lean turkey to if you can find it.

    95/5 Lean ground beef...
Salmon/Cod/Mackeral/Tuna are some of my choices.

Watch for fat content in some of these.

White fish, turkey (white meat), eggs/whites, protein powders, lean beef/bison, lean pork... any decent protein source is interchangeable with chicken breast.

I like it better then chicken actually. Chicken is just way cheaper, the lean turkey gets somewhat pricey.

I find in the uk turkey is cheaper than chicken but me dad keeps chickens for eggs so I think that when theyve finished layin I may ask for them as they're all organic

Bro 99% lean turkey is so freaken dry, I bought some cooked it up terrible. I though I over cooked it, went and bought another pack same thing. 97% is great though. Guess you need some fat for flavor.

Yea it is pretty dry, when i'm cutting though I don't really care how things taste. If I can't handle it anymore i'll just add a dab of hotsauce, seems to fix it right up.

Lean chicken and turkey, or even very lean ground beef is dry as fvck.

I gave up, I been blending all of the above for a few weeks. Seems to work, I don't get any stomach issues and can pound 10 ounces of chicken in 5 minutes.

Plain fish sucks too, but to each is own.

man i had to drop back to the 93/7 beef as the 96/4 was too dry for me, even under cooked and with hot sauce.

I been cooking all meats to pure well done then strain all fat. This way I get plenty of stuff precooked then just throw it in the ol' ktec with water and vegetables or brown rice/oats. I just can't take chewing this shit anymore.
