Personally dude I don't think you need to fork out money for a diet plan. My suggestion is that you check out the stickies at the top, everything is literally laid out and explained to you in a simple manner. All of us are here if questions arise...

That's my input, I have no knowledge or recommendation of any nutritionist, I don't even know if you're allowed to ask that on this board anyways.

My goal is to cut ... I posted a thread earlier called my diet and stats.. This will give you some insight on how I arrived at my macro needs .. Short version going to run a cycle I'm to fat to gym scale said 27%bf ..STeM and 405 suggested that a get down to 10-12% range first son that's my goal .. STeM suggested and also 405 that I run 2500 cals 350-375 protein, 100-150 carbs and get my fat ass back doing cardio .. I'll attach a pic so you can see what your dealing with

Hang in there! There is a lot of help available to guide you in body building and to a diet best suitable for that. I am not a big fan of steroids so I would not comment on that; however I agree that your gym plan needs to be relooked at. Cardio is an absolute must along with 3 days a week of full body routine which includes bench press, arm rows and DB squats etc. You are on the right track when you talk about high protein and low carb diet. Have you heard of the Dukan diet? Eating lean protein is the best way to build muscle and that is the very foundation of the DD. It has a 4 phase step by step plan where the first phase is pure protein and can kick start the muscle build up. Furthermore, you need not count calories and can eat just as much as you want from over 100 natural foods. You can check out more from their site and get going from there! All the best!
