ive been posting on the this part so i feel like a bit of a douche if i didnt drop my diet plan.
i recently just finish a contest cutting diet. 11/3/2012 - 27/5/2012.
M1-6 Egg Whites + 1 Cup of Oatmeal
M2-7oz Turkey Breast & Green Tea
M3-7oz Turkey Breast & 1 Cup of Broccoli
M4-2 Cans of Tuna - in spring water no flavouring
M5-7oz Basa Fish & 2 Cups of Broccoli
M6-8oz Chicken Breast
M7-Protein Shake(only if i had an early shift at work)

im looking at starting a new diet but duno if i should go high pro & fats low carb or high pro mod carb mod fat
m1-6 Whole Eggs
m2-6oz ground beef + 1/2 cup of Macadamia nuts
m3-7oz chicken breast + 1/2 cup of Macadamia nuts
m4-2 scoops of 22g protein powder + 1 Cup of Oatmeal
m5-7oz chicken breast
m6-7oz Basa Fish + 2 Cups of Broccoli
m7-2 scoops of 22g protein powder

m1-4 Whole Eggs + 1 cup of oatmeal
m2-6oz Beef Mince + 1/2 cup of oatmeal
m3-7oz chicken breast + 1 cup of rice
m4-7oz chicken breast + 1 cup of rice
m5-2 Cans of tuna
m6-7oz Basa Fish + 2 Cups of Broccoli + 1 Yam
m7-2 Scoops of 22g Protein powder

i dunno which one to go with my goal would be not to get above 12% bf and to avoid bloating which i get from eating too much rice hence why im an oatmeal whore. id only be doing this diet for 8 weeks before i have to cut again hence why i dont want to gain too much wiehgt or bf so i can come into my next comp in october at a cut up 4-5%.
