    anyone drink coke zero on a cut?

    0 cals how many ppl drink a bottle or 2 once every few days.

    tastes like sh!t and doubt its 0 cals.... drink water, hot water, cold water, room temp water, tap water, rain water, bottled water, lots too choose from lol.

    I stay away from it gives me the temptation to constantly drink it! Although I may have one bottle a week with my cheat meal...

    I think its k, I'm a coke drinker but actually prefer pepsi max(o cal). Thing I noticed about coke zero is if you actually drank like 3-4 a day....well it started to really screw with my stomach(billy goat) which means its gotta be close to friggin POISON. I'm a firm believer in listening to my body(try to be). If it doesn't bother you I don't think they will kill a diet. Personaly I'm a big fan of vitamin water...but then again I sweat all day atr work so I can get away with it ;-)

    it shouldn't hurt your cut, since its almost 0cal. but it doesn't help either. and all the chemicals and artificial coloring/flavoring can't be good in the long run.

    I drink 1/day on average. In strict terms of cutting bodyfat, it's zero calorie and won't hurt you. The only time i'd be hesitant is during keto and/or a fast as the artificial sweetener arguably causes a small insulin spike.

    My big kick is Powerade Zero these days... way more refreshing than soda!

    drank it once on my last diet. really sorted out my sugar craving but gave me a stomach ache almost immediatrly

    i drink about 6 x 12oz diet mt dews per day and have been for 8months of a cut down to 10%bf with no probs at all!!! drink away dude...

    id also like to note i consume 34oz coffee each morning and @200oz water per day as well.. im a peeing machine!

    its very bad and can l make you GAIN fat.. then just having the damin normal pop (if your only talking 1-2 a week of course)
    the chemicals in it, on top of the fact that your brian is expecting calories fron what it was just eating and not getting it, will make you want more. just op

    I LOVE COLA! but only have 1 can every 3-4 weeks.
