So I think im doin pretty good on my diet, what I do now is cook 200grms brown rice, 350 grms chicken breast 7 eggs, onion for taste,

It gives me 3 out of the six meals I have a day and provides me with 2/3 of what I need to be consuming. The rest is oats, protien supplements and wholemeal bread.

Now theres not enough fats iv been told, I was also told to supplement the rice with 10ml of olive oil, good.idea?? Cheers
