Anybody would like to comment on my diet?
I start the day with Amino acids and a whey shake with oatmeal and wild berry with skim milk.
Then I go to the gym,
After the gym I have amino acids with whey and water and a bananae.
After my shower I eat a whole egg with egg whites and oatmeal and an apple,
lunch I have chicken 30g of protein/ with brown rice and mix vegetables.
2-3 hours later same thing as ^.

I sometimes add a whole egg with egg whites and an apple after I kick box.
And before bed I have a shake with whey, wild berrys with skim milk and amino acids.

basically this is my cutting phase. I dont get hardcore cravings, I'm pretty dedicated to my diet.
Should I have a cheat day? Maybe add a steak with a sweet potatoe on saturday's?
Any comments good or bad would be appreciated.
I work out Mon-Friday in the morning and do cardio at night and Kickboxing at night.
