    Anybody would like to comment on my diet?

    I start the day with Amino acids and a whey shake with oatmeal and wild berry with skim milk.
    Then I go to the gym,
    After the gym I have amino acids with whey and water and a bananae.
    After my shower I eat a whole egg with egg whites and oatmeal and an apple,
    lunch I have chicken 30g of protein/ with brown rice and mix vegetables.
    2-3 hours later same thing as ^.
    2-3 hours later same thing as ^
    I sometimes add a whole egg with egg whites and an apple after I kick box.
    And before bed I have a shake with whey, wild berrys with skim milk and amino acids.

    1)Shake
    2)Shake
    3)egg
    4)chicken
    5)chicken
    6 Chicken
    7)Sometimes egg with apple
    8) shake

    basically this is my cutting phase. I dont get hardcore cravings, I'm pretty dedicated to my diet.

    Should I have a cheat day? Maybe add a steak with a sweet potatoe on saturday's?

    Any comments good or bad would be appreciated.

    I work out Mon-Friday in the morning and do cardio at night and Kickboxing at night.

    stats (age weight height bf%) + goals + total cals and macros for above diet are in order..

    I'm 28,
    165pounds
    5'9
    10%
    It's around 2700-3000 cal. I'm not sure about the macros.

    goals is to get to 8% bf. and gain weight to about 170 pounds with the help of my ''white gold''

    If your cutting I would get rid of the apple, and the shake before bed I would get rid of wild berrys, Fruit is sugar, also the shake before bed I wouldnt use milk use water. Jmo

    Agreed. I also like to have casein instead of whey before bed as it is a slower digesting protein. I just have it w water and a tbsp of natural peanut butter.
