help improve my lean bulk diet.

I'm looking for suggestions for improvements to my current diet. One or two of the guys over at the aas section told me it was 'off'. I always thought it was pretty good but maybe not. Here it is (2600cals, approx 40/40/20). Meals 2and 4 need to be shakes due to work.

    1.
    3 Egg whites
    oats
    Cottage cheese
    Protein blend

    2.
    Oats
    Protein blend

    3.
    Chicken breast
    Brown rice
    Brocolli

    4.
    Oats
    Protein blend

    5.
Chicken breast ot lean/ground beef or fish (any protein within macros)
    Brown rice or potatos
    Brocolli

    6.
    Cottage cheese
    Protein Blend
    Peanut butter

Another issue i have is my immune system seems to suck and i get ill quite a bit. I train 3x per week for no more than 60min sessions. (Intensity is high) i sleep 7-8 hrs per night so perhaps my diet is severely lacking. I take a multivitamin and glutamine. I take bcaas before/during workouts. Can you guys make any recommendations. Should i supplement with a greater amount of vit c? I think the multi provides about 400mg per day. Also i dont eat fruits? Should i? If so which is best for this problem?

And how does it compare to what diet you have been going with.

Are you doing this clean or with AAS?

This is the diet i've been using for a few weeks, maybe a month or so. I just pisted it over here for advice as the guys over at the aas section told me it was off and generally suggested getting advice here.

I'm running this clean. I'm obly researching aas at present to make sure i'm well ewuipped when it comes to it.

And what results has it given you so far?

How quick/slow and how lean do you want your bulk to be?

They were fairly steady, i was maybe getting between 0.5lbs and a lb per week for the first few weeks but ive been sick again. I do seem to have trouble gaining muscle. I can gain weight easy but it seems to be more on the side of fat gains.

Yeah currently working on this. I have tried a few different workout routines but not noticed much in the way of differences. I am fairly strong for my weight for example i can deadlift in excess of 350lbs which i believe is pretty good for my weight.

I would really apprecuate some feedback on the diet though. The reason i posted is because the aas section told me it more or less sucked and to get over here. Im presuming ny good choices or macro split was a problem for them.

I'll assume that my diet is sufficient. Cheers.
