    Is baked breaded chicken breast healthy

    I have breaded chicken breast it came breaded already so i wanted to know if baking that healthy?????

    Alright thanks guys im gonna cook dat and give it to a bum down my street but yea da almonds and peanuts sound amazing i mean chicken can be so harsh some times the dryness or just chicken gets old wat can remedy this i want it to be like salmon it never gets old u know
